SUPPORT FOR DAVE TEBO'S WORK AS

ADMINISTRATOR AND CONSULTANT

Elected Officials

“As Town Chairman of Greenville, WI for 10 years I had the pleasure of working with Dave Tebo on a daily basis. He worked tirelessly to keep the Town Board, Town employees and citizens informed of projects that needed attention, also providing budget impacts and the long-term repercussions of our decision-making. All of the major projects implemented over my tenure were completed with Dave’s direct involvement. There was not one facet of the Town of Greenville that his influence did not touch.

As Town Chair I must say that Dave was an integral part of the Town of Greenville’s success. As with any large and fast changing business, growth does not move forward without some ‘issues’. With Dave’s leadership Greenville was always able to emerge stronger and on track still holding on to our goals and principles.

Dave is a strong family man and was also an important part of the Greenville ‘family’ as he supported many of our community events. I highly recommend Dave for any position he is being considered for and I know he will be a success at whatever project he chooses to undertake.”

Randy D. Leiker, Greenville Town Chairman 2005-2015

Municipal Finance

“It has been my pleasure to work with Dave Tebo for nearly 25 years, most recently on the development of plans to finance infrastructure for the Town of Greenville, one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Wisconsin. A mix of borrowing and pay-as-you-go tax levy financing was used in conjunction with new development fees for water, sewer, stormwater and park improvements. The outcome was minimizing the impact of growth on existing taxpayers and utility users without stymieing new development.”
